Valérie Courrèges

Valérie Courrèges, a renowned oenologist, practiced from California to Provence before settling in 2019 on the 22 hectares of Clos Rességuier, near Cahors. As soon as she arrived, she converted the estate to organic and biodynamic farming. She cultivates mainly Malbec, as well as Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet franc, vinified with indigenous yeasts, without the use of synthetic chemicals, filtration or fining. Every step of the way, Valérie Courrèges has emphasized theauthenticity of the terroir by following biodynamic practices and limiting intervention.
