La Cordée Blanche

Located in the heart of Savoie , in the village of Frangy, La Cordée Blanche is a new estate or rather an old estate taken over by two new winemakers. The Domaine du Lupin, an essential reference for lovers of authentic and distinguished natural wines , has in fact been taken over by Ylan and Cyril. Managed by Bruno Lupin since 2000, the estate specializes in the pure and refined expression of the region's emblematic grape variety: Altesse, known under the Roussette de Savoie appellation. La Cordée Blanche extends over clay-limestone soils typical of the Savoyard Avant-Pays, offering an ideal terroir for producing wines combining freshness, minerality and aromatic complexity. Bruno Lupin adopts environmentally friendly viticulture, promoting sustainable practices to preserve soil life and grape quality. In the cellar, the vinifications are precise and minimal, in order to let all the purity of the Savoyard terroirs express themselves. Ylan and Cyril are therefore taking over an estate renowned for its very fine natural wines , perfect for accompanying both mountain dishes and more refined dishes. Whether it is an agreement with a Savoyard fondue or a lake fish, its Roussettes de Savoie embody the elegance and typicality of the region's wines.
