Champagne Fleury
Domaine Champagne Fleury , founded in 1895 by Émile Fleury , is a family-run estate located in Courteron , in the heart of the Côte des Bar region of southern Champagne. Since 1989, under the direction of Jean-Pierre Fleury , the estate has been a pioneer in adopting biodynamic viticulture, becoming one of the first in Champagne to practice this method. The vineyard covers approximately 15 hectares , planted mainly with Pinot Noir , but also with Pinot Meunier , Chardonnay , Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris . The vines are grown on clay-limestone hillsides , benefiting from a terroir that is ideal for producing quality champagnes. Among the estate's notable vintages is the Blanc de Noirs , an iconic cuvée, 100% Pinot Noir , offering a beautiful roundness and aromas of ripe fruit and honey. There is also the Fleur de l'Europe , a natural champagne of immense finesse, highlighted by notes of honey and acacia. The Rosé de Saignée is an explosion of aromas of fresh red fruits such as redcurrant, strawberry and raspberry. Finally, the cuvée Cépages Blancs , a rare blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, offers a unique aromatic complexity. This estate embodies a family tradition combining passion, innovation and respect for nature, producing exceptional champagnes that reflect the unique terroir of the Côte des Bar .
