Houas Boukella

Houas Boukella met Patrick Desplats upon his arrival in France and trained alongside him. He discovered the art of natural winemaking, long macerations and working in Georgian amphorae. From the 2022 vintage, he decides to go solo and is already delighting us with his pure and delicious juices.
