Marie Bourdon

Marie Bourdon , born in 1994 in Essonne , discovered her vocation during a tour of France's vineyards. Having fallen in love with the Jura , she settled there in 2016 and learned the trade from Raphaël Monnier , from Domaine Ratapoil . Together, they created the Avis de Tempête business, vinifying organic grapes from several regions of France. In 2019, Marie realized her dream: vinifying her first vintage and cultivating her own plots in AOC Arbois (Chardonnay, Trousseau, Ploussard, Savagnin). Her vines, worked organically and on horseback, express a deep respect for nature. In the cellar, her approach is minimalist: no fining, no filtration, no inputs. Marie embodies the young generation of Jura with lively and precise wines, reflecting all the richness of this unique terroir.
