Sébastien aspires to return to the origin of the creation of a unique wine, to managing a vineyard in a thoughtful manner, with the real desire to express and reveal the secrets of the Petites Parcelles. All the work is carried out manually, using old and traditional viticultural techniques (mulching, digging, compost, grassing), without weed killer or chemical fertilizer, without synthetic fungicides or anti-botrytis. To this, he prefers herbal teas, talc, essential oils and biodynamic preparations. Their desire is to recreate and maintain a natural ecological balance through shelters for wildlife and the planting of trees beneficial to the vineyard and its environment. Les Petites Parcelles is only 1.5 hectares with around ten grape varieties: Sémillon, Sauvignon Gris, Muscadelle, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot… and above all, they are remarkable wines that you absolutely must discover!
