La Bouchaude

Domaine La Bouchaude is located in Bersaillin, in the heart of the Côtes du Jura , and is run by Anne Petitot, a passionate winemaker who has gained a wealth of experience in Chile and within renowned estates such as Julien Pineau, the Tissots, and Domaine de Ratapoil. In 2020, she decided to found her own estate, starting modestly with 80 ares and exploring her first vinifications. Today, the estate covers 2.3 hectares in AOC Côtes du Jura . Cultivating its vines organically, Domaine La Bouchaude makes a point of respecting the principles of sustainable viticulture. Among the cuvées offered are white wines such as Vertu (a blend of Savagnin and Chardonnay), as well as reds such as Poésie (a blend of Trousseau, Pinot Noir and Poulsard). These wines are particularly appreciated for their authenticity and their ability to fully express the Jura terroir. Domaine La Bouchaude thus embodies the commitment of a passionate winemaker, combining tradition and innovation to offer wines of character, faithful to the soul of the Jura.
