Natural Burgundy by Loïc & Éric
A duo trained in the finest estates
After several years working for prestigious Burgundy estates such as Roulot, Roumier and Dujac, Loïc & Éric set off together. Under the attractive name of Saisons, they buy and vinify grapes from Saint-Véran to Savigny. Their choice of partner winegrowers is meticulous: organic at the very least, and biodynamic if possible. The duo seek to obtain the noblest raw materials, so that in the cellar they can simply accompany the wines.
A natural and meticulous winemaking
Vinification is as simple as can be: whole bunches for the reds, indigenous fermentations for all the wines, then barrelageing in their micro-cellar at Meloisey in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. A micro-production that we've been happy to follow since the first vintage, and which delights lovers of natural Burgundy.
