Located in Touraine , the Menut Estate is carried by Damien Menut , a passionate winemaker who takes a resolutely natural approach that respects his terroir. After working for several years alongside Thierry Germain At Domaine des Roches Neuves , he decided to fly on his own and create his own estate.

Biodynamic and committed viticulture

A sensitive reading of the soils

With a culture in biodynamics and vinifications without additives , he seeks to accurately express the singularity of each plot. His vines flourish on varied soils of tuffeau , clay and of limestone , giving rise to wines of great purity and beautiful tension.

Bright whites and fresh reds

Chenin, Grolleau and Cabernet Franc

Damien Menut works mainly on Chenin , for deep, bright whites, and the Cabernet Franc as well as the Grolleau , for reds bursting with freshness and finesse. Each vintage reflects his quest for balance between fruit, acidity and structure, offering wines that are both digestible and vibrant.
