Stellar

Stellaire is a project created by two wine lovers: Enzo Houssays and Alain Pontoizeau. Already immersed in wine for several years, Enzo and Alain decided in 2022 to set up their urban winery. A cellar where they select the plots with committed and passionate winegrowers who place their trust in them and the fruit of their work. For this, the Rocour Bouleau house supports them by welcoming their grapes in its cellar, located in Couziers in Indre-et-Loire. Stellaire is therefore a micro “trade” made exclusively from organically grown grapes.
For their first vintage, Enzo and Alain rub shoulders with two major French wine regions: the Loire and the Alpilles. Three vintages are therefore to be discovered, and this is only the beginning of the adventure…
