Château Planquette

To find Château Planquette by Blandine Prévot and Jérémy Borde, simply follow the route des châteaux, a few kilometers after the village of St Estèphe, in the heart of Médoc Bordeaux, to reach the village of Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc. It is here that you will find the 2 hectares of this estate, created by Didier Michaud. The latter, who had planted the vines in question himself, had already turned very early on to natural agriculture of these plots since the soils and grapes of the estate have never seen any chemical product since then.
The vines are protected from potential neighbors, and therefore from potential chemical contamination, because they are all bordered either by groves or by a small area left naturally fallow in order to act as a natural buffer. Natural winemaking is the logical next step.
The estate therefore offers us high-quality natural Médoc wines, which will be ready to be tasted as well as suitable for aging. Great Art that does not leave fans of the genre indifferent…
