Les Monts
Nina from Domaine Les Monts decided to invest in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune terroir by planting vines on the plot known as Les Crucibées, in Fussey. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay flourish in the 1.85m-high vines. Of course, the vines are grown organically, without any synthetic chemical treatments. The wines are then made without any artificial additives, lightly filtered and sulphited in small doses if necessary. 2023 marks the domaine's first vintage, and to say the least, we were won over by the elegance of the wines. A must-discover for lovers of this emerging new Burgundy.
