Champagne Cose is a new Champagne project founded by Gil and Victor in Chouilly. The approach is simple: the estate partners vintage after vintage with winemaking partners such as Antoine Bouvet, Raphael Piconnet and Thomas Perseval, recognized for their know-how and their commitment to natural winemaking practices and artisanal production. These collaborations bring additional richness to the know-how of Champagne Cose, allowing to explore new dimensions in winemaking while remaining faithful to the identity of the terroir. With the help of these partners who share the same values, Gil and Victor create champagnes of great finesse, which combine tradition and modernity, seducing lovers of rare and authentic champagnes.
