Didier Chaffardon

Didier Chaffardon settled in Anjou in 1998 and was one of the pioneers of natural wine in the region (with Babass and Pat among others). He vinifies a few hectares of Chenin, Grolleau and Cabernet Franc. His vintages are as surprising as they are delicious, in both dry and sweet wines.
