Founded in 1968 by Doctor Jean-Louis Valton , the estate rediscovered its wine-growing vocation in the 1990s under the leadership of Michel Valton. Today, the third generation, with Antonin Valton, perpetuates this tradition by cultivating nearly 6 hectares of vines while respecting the terroir and the environment. Specializing in dry, sweet and late-harvest Jurançon wines, the estate highlights the region's emblematic grape varieties: Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng.
