Thibaud Pierson

Thibaud Pierson has set up on a small plot of land on the outskirts of Poligny. He has taken over several family vineyards planted in the 'old-fashioned' way, with an impressive variety of red and white grape varieties. The vines are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, the grapes are hand-picked and the wine is made using indigenous yeasts. The wine is matured in vats, barrels and small casks. Everything is done by hand at Thibaud, who only produces a few thousand bottles each year. A planting project has also been carried out in recent years to increase the confidential production of this young winemaker.
