The Wood God

Le Bois Dieu is an estate in Brionnais, in the south of Burgundy. It is run by Salma and Frédéric, who after a first life as lawyers in Switzerland decided to succumb to the charm of this little corner of Burgundy. Passionate about wine, they got their hands on an old estate called Le Bois Dieu. A few plots of very old Gamay on the estate are cultivated organically and subsequently vinified as simply as possible. They are also setting up a trading activity in order to be able to vinify grape varieties from elsewhere, but always organically.
In the cellar, the wines are made without any input or added sulphite in order to produce joyful canons!
