Domaine Vallée Moray
Domaine Vallée Moray, established since 2014 under the management of Hervé Grenier, is located between Amboise and Tours, on the prestigious terroir of Montlouis, on the banks of the Loire. Taking over the vineyards and cellar of Domaine Les Loges de la Folie, Hervé Grenier has transformed this estate into a pure viticultural marvel. The vines, planted on clay and flint soils, are cultivated naturally, without the use of chemicals.
Viticulture is a demanding and technical art, and Hervé Grenier devotes himself to it with passion and rigor. In the cellar, he favors traditional methods, avoiding the use of any oenological products. He is adept at long ageing, not hesitating to leave his wines in barrel for at least three years to refine and clarify the juices. Little by little, the wines he aspires to create take shape, distinguished by their great dimension and magnificent brilliance.
