Domaine les Roches Bleues
Domaine Les Roches Bleues, located at the foot of the majestic Mont Brouilly in the Beaujolais region, is a family-run business that has been producing wines since 1967. The estate owes its name to the characteristic blue stone (or diorite) that makes up the unique terroir of Côte de Brouilly.
The estate is currently run by the third generation of the family, Jonathan Buisson and his wife Chloé, who took over the reins in 2017. They are dedicated to producing organic wines, adopting agroecological and agroforestry practices, seeking to express the purity of the terroir through high-quality wines. The Gamay grape, emblematic of Beaujolais, flourishes particularly well in these rich, sunny soils, producing fresh, structured and energetic wines.
The estate produces mainly Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly crus, while making a point of preserving soil fertility and respecting the vine's natural cycles. The estate also offers wine tourism experiences, enabling visitors to discover the region and its wines in an enchanting setting.
