Domaine des Marnes Blanches
In the heart of the southern Revermont, between Cesancey, Vincelles and Sainte-Agnès, lie the 10 hectares of the Domaine des Marnes Blanches, where a harmonious blend of diverse soils and ancestral winemaking know-how can be found. Pauline and Géraud Fromont, young oenology graduates with a passion for the Jura terroir, took over the reins of the estate in 2006, raising the banner oforganic farming and minimalist winemaking. Their attachment to the land and regional grape varieties guides every decision they make, from the vineyard to the cellar.
The vines, inherited from several generations, are worked with meticulous care and respect, with the aim of preserving the natural balance of the terroir. Certified organic since 2013, the estate favours environmentally-friendly practices, such as hand-picking and grassing the plots. In the cellar, Pauline and Géraud allow the wine to express itself freely, favouring gentle vinification methods and minimal intervention. The result is authentic wines of impressive purity, eloquently reflecting the richness of the Jura terroirs. For lovers of great wines and exceptional terroirs, this is an estate to discover without delay.
