At just 25 years old, Fanny Saber took the reins of the Burgundian family estate in 2005, injecting a dose of energy and freshness into this wine adventure. She relies on the valuable teachings of her mentor for three years, Philippe Pacalet, to chart her own path. Upon his arrival, the estate based in Pommard converted to biodynamics. The five appellations, from Beaune to Pommard, are carefully worked with the purest respect for nature.
