Champagne Sacy Soeur & Frère
Domaine Champagne Sacy Soeur & Frère is a Champagne house founded by Yaël and Jonathan Sacy. Taking over the reins of the family estate in 2018, these young winemakers aim to offer a contemporary, authentic interpretation of their terroirs. In 2021, they began converting to organic farming, with their first organic harvest scheduled for 2023. Their philosophy is based on the idea that "living soils make living wines", thus emphasizing sustainable, environmentally-friendly practices. The domaine offers a varied range of cuvées, divided into two categories: "Monos" and "Parcellaires". Of the six cuvées produced, the first three to be marketed include monocépages from the Grand Cru de Verzy terroir: a 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs, a Pinot Noir-based maceration rosé, and a pure Verzy coteaux rouge.
