Julie Dufour

Julie is the sister of Charles Dufour, emblematic winemaker of the Côte des Bar. After working for fifteen years in IT in Paris, she decided to return to her native region. She therefore returned to school to take her BPREA and train for work in the vineyard. Once her patent was obtained, Julie took over 1/3 of the historic family estate. She has been making her wine since 2019, in the same cellar as her brother Charles. Its first vintage Cléobuline arrives in 2021, an organic champagne, a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, lightly dosed. Since then, Julie has been writing the new pages of her story, chapter after chapter, like the names of her vintages. A winemaker in the making…
