Naïma et David Didon

David Didon, a passionate winegrower, has devoted his life to biodynamic viticulture since he began arboriculture at the age of 20. His meeting with Naïma in Beaune marked the beginning of a shared winegrowing adventure. Committed to the biodynamic conversion of a vineyard, he benefits from the support of Burgundy's natural wine pioneers. The couple then acquired 2 hectares in Chassey le Camp in 2017, parcels known as "vignes blanches" because of its distinctive clay soil. David and Naïma's philosophy boils down to "doing the work in the vineyard and being lazy in the cellar". They give priority to the well-being of their vines and gentle vinification to express the quality of their grapes to the full. The Domaine Didon, then, becomes the stage for the production of confidential natural wines. Domaine Didon wines embody the emotion and vibrancy so sought-after by the winemakers: the Bourgogne Rouge reveals intense, crisp, gourmet fruit, while the Aligoté, often neglected in Burgundy, offers a refined, delicate cuvée. The range extends with a Bourgogne Blanc (a blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Aligoté) and a surprising Pétillant Naturel, made from Aligoté and Pinot Blanc. Beyond their talent as winemakers, David and Naïma are distinguished by their discretion and humility, creating an authentic experience for visitors to Domaine Didon. Evolving passionately in their vineyards and winery, the couple embody a sincere vision of winegrowing and winemaking, with a remarkable simplicity in their approach to living wine.
