Newly established in Poligny, L'Oiseau Rôdeurscovers around 4 hectares, reflecting the growing dynamismof the Poligny vineyards. Created in 2021 by Marie Menoux & Thomas Rougier, this estate embodies the union of two enthusiasts who trained with renowned Jura wineries such as Les Pieds sur Terre, Les Bottes Rouges and Nicolas Jacob.
With an ambitious project in mind, Marie and Thomas have a clear and precise vision for their estate, focused on producing clean, precise wines that faithfully reflect the Jura terroir. This magical duo promises to quickly make a name for itself in the wine world, and we'll be keeping a close eye on their progress.
