Tommy Véron
Tommy Véron is a young winemaker based in the heart of Anjou Noir. It is here that he begins his activity as a winemaker in 2021, in the worthy suite of natural winegrowers in the area. The vines are grown organically, no synthetic products are used, no weedkillers and no insecticides. Tommy seeks to produce healthy and ripe grapes in order to be able to vinify them as simply as possible afterwards. On its plots we find Chenin, Grolleau, Cabernet Franc and Gamay. In the cellar, Tommy wants to intervene as little as possible. The grapes therefore begin to ferment thanks to native yeasts, and Tommy Véron then simply supports them throughout the vinification. Tommy is keen to offer digestible vintages, full of fruit and accessible. A new Angevin talent to discover!
