Mas des Agrunelles
Mas des Agrunelles, based in Argelliers, is a passionate and committed winery founded by Stéphanie Ponson and Frédéric Porro. Their shared love of wine began during their studies in Montpellier, where they were inspired by biodynamic winemakers such as Didier Barral and Olivier Julien. Located on theTerrasses du Larzac, this 25-hectare estate benefits from a cool, complex terroir, marked by significant thermal amplitudes and limestone soils. The vines, grown organically since 2003 and biodynamically since 2010, produce expressive, fine grapes of the highest quality. Vinification methods at Mas des Agrunelles respect this biodynamic philosophy, limiting interventions in the cellar to preserve the identity of each terroir. The grapes are harvested by hand, and each plot is vinified separately, guaranteeing a unique expression of the environment. Their wines, such as L'indigène and Nicot, illustrate their artisanal approach, combining tradition and innovation. They are distinguished by their elegance and balance, offering an authentic and memorable taste experience.
