Robin Carette

Robin Carette, a young winemaker, settled in Thouarcé, in the Layon valley in the Loire. In 2021, after completing his training at the prestigious Pisani agricultural high school in Montreuil Bellay, then after a stint at Domaine Mosse, he decided to create his estate, which extends over 4.7 hectares in Anjou. A brand new estate, its first vintage in 2021 being barely behind it. Robin's approach is fundamentally anchored in respect for nature, because his entire estate is certified Organic Agriculture. His work in the vineyards is characterized by exemplary attention to detail.
We are particularly enthusiastic about the vintages of Robin Carette, who produces some very pretty vintages, notably Chenin whites focused on fruit, freshness and tension. It is clear that the future of this winemaker is more than promising. It deserves to be discovered now, because its wines embody passion and precision, announcing a beautiful story in the making.
