Le Grain de Sénevé
Perched on the steep slopes of Marchampt , in the heart of Beaujolais , Le Grain de Sénevé is the estate of Hervé Ravera, a passionate winemaker who crafts his wines with an artisanal and nature- friendly approach. Converted to viticulture after a first career as a nurse, he cultivates his vines in goblet form on granite and volcanic soils, at an altitude ranging between 400 and 500 meters.
Here, everything is designed to preserve the pure expression of the terroir: manual labor, animal traction, no chemical inputs and vinifications using semi-carbonic maceration, with minimal intervention. The result? Wines of great freshness, sincere and lively, which reveal all the finesse and energy of Gamay. Among its emblematic vintages, we find "Roue Libre", " Le Monde Est Trop Petit " or even "500 Mètres", vibrant bottles which demonstrate a total commitment to emotional wines.
A rare estate, where each vintage tells a story, between preserved nature and exceptional craftsmanship.
