The Wine of Two

Vin de Deux is perhaps the best kept secret among lovers of natural Chablis... Valérie Gavaud and Bill Moysan took over one hectare of family vines in 2014, including a small plot on the 1er Cru Mont de Milieu. Artists by profession, they get help in the vineyard for treatments from their neighbors the De Moors.
For winemaking, nothing could be simpler (apparently). Valérie and Bill make wine without inputs, most of the time aging for a minimum of 2 years.
Their vintages are characterized by a minerality of their own, a delicacy and a spirit different from what we usually find in Chablis.
The production is confidential and expertly distilled for knowledgeable lovers of great natural Chablis.
