Nicolas Raspiller

Nicolas Raspiller is a passionate winemaker in Burgundy , who has gained recognition for his innovative and environmentally friendly approaches. Established since 2017, he focuses on natural and sustainable farming practices, notably using fermented plant extracts such as nettle and comfrey to enrich his soils, while aiming for a complete conversion to organic farming since 2019.
Alongside his work as a winemaker, he is also a beekeeper, which is reflected in his labels adorned with a bee. His wines are characterized by their purity and delicacy, without excess "natural" typicity, and are vinified with care from hand-picked grapes, without fining or filtration, which gives them a beautiful authenticity.
