Timothée Hurez

Timothée Hurez is one of the students at the Mosse school. After several years working with Sylvestre and Joseph, he decided to set up on his own. He didn't go far and found some vines in the Rochefort-sur-Loire area. The vines are grown organically, and the wines are made without the use of inputs. A promising start to a galaxy of young winemakers in Anjou!
