Despite their recent arrival, the couple have already made their mark on the Jura wine scene. Their adventure begins modestly, with just fifty ares of vines, but from the very first vintages, their wine reveals great precision and profound accuracy. Charlotte and Cyril Delval are also active in the wine trade, acquiring grape varieties other than those indigenous to the Jura. This approach leads them to explore new avenues and create ever more surprising natural wines.
