Domaine Valjulius
A free and luminous vision of Languedoc
In the heart of Hérault , between the Mediterranean and the foothills of the Cévennes , Domaine Valjulius cultivates a free and precise vision of wine. Founded in 2006 by Julien Sarda , the estate extends over a mosaic of clay-limestone soils dotted with siliceous pebbles, in Corneilhan , not far from Béziers . Here, there is no standardization: each plot is vinified separately, each vintage designed to best express its place, its vintage, its moment.
A free and luminous vision of Languedoc
Organic for over ten years, the work is done gently, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, with low-intervention vinification and aging adapted to each wine.
Lively, fresh and sincere vintages
Julien creates bright, balanced, and sincere whites and reds—just like him. Among them, Mas Cosa , a pure Colombard grown with his friend Olivier Compan , perfectly embodies the thirst-quenching freshness that Languedoc can offer when it is tender and precise.
Mas Cosa: freshness and energy
A white wine with lively energy, to be drunk without fuss but with care.
