HAS Rablay-sur-Layon , the Domaine Bertin-Delatte embodies the spirit of Living wines of Anjou . Founded by Philippe Delatte , the estate is now run by Adrien and Clémentine Bertin , who continue this adventure with the same exacting standards and a great freedom of expression. The vines, planted on Shale soils are composed mainly of Chenin , grolleau And Cabernet Franc cultivated without inputs and with constant attention paid to soil life.

Wines of energy, substance, and sincerity

In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum to allow the wine to develop naturally. The wines are distinguished by their vibrant matter , their frank energy and a very direct expression of the vintage. The Chenin Blancs emphasize tension and depth, while the reds prioritize fruit, drinkability, and structure. Wines free, sometimes undisciplined , but always full of life, which tell the story of an Anjou full of character and truth.
